I fell in love with CrossFit back in 2017 when a new CrossFit affiliate opened in SHAPE Belgium. I had never tried CrossFit before but was hooked. We moved back to the UK and when lockdown happened I started programming our ownworkouts.I really started to enjoy piecing together sessions.
We moved again and a chance encounter with a coach saw us join CrossFit Colchester, this gave me the drive to gain my L3 PT, L4 strength & conditioning and my CrossFit coaching qualifications.
Favourite workout: Anything involving rowing
Favourite movement: Air squat
Fun fact: I like to knit & crochet
