After recently completing 22 years in the British Army, where physical activity was an everyday occurrence and the main highlight of my day. I decided to attend and complete the All Arms Commando Course, Arctic Warfare Training, Pre Parachute Selection and the All Arms PTI Course. Giving me the ability to plan and carry out physical training lesson’s for personnel within the MoD. Aiding those around me to attend and pass both the All Arms Commando Course and Pre Parachute Selection Course’s. I was introduced to CrossFit by my wife (Kirsty) in 2017 and I have loved it ever since.
I have competed in the Original Mountain Marathon, Safaricom Marathon (Kenya) the Lympstone to Poole Race, the RLC Gore Trophy (with the team winning every event), numerous CrossFit Competitions and HYROX based events.
Favourite Workout: Murph (1 Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 PushUps, 300 Squats, 1 Mile Run)
Favourite Movement: Burpee
