Hyrox events are held in major cities around the world as it continues to flourish and invite participants to get involved in the fun challenge.
Functional movements mimic real-life activities and improve overall movement efficiency. Exercises like squats, lunges, and kettlebell swings are staples in Hyrox training.
Strength exercises focus on building muscle mass and strength. Key exercises include bench press, deadlifts, and overhead presses.
